Leiner is based out of Bogotá, Columbia and started in reinsurance when he was teaching English for business within the reinsurance market, followed by working for an MGA where he became a Marine Cargo Underwriter, then Chief Cargo Underwriter. He has a Risk & Insurance Management degree and Master’s in Risk Analysis and Company Management, and is certified by ALSUM as a Marine Cargo Underwriter.
